Antique Art Deco Wedgwood Pattern S126 Tea Set for Six. 21 Piecces

This fabulous 21-piece Wedgwood Tea Set for 6 reflects the quintessential Art Deco style of the 1920’s and early 30’s.  Geometric lines accented with green leaves on a pure white background characterise this high quality china.  The combination of silver toned strips with minimalist green accents ensures this set is as charming for use in today’s modern home as it was when it was first produced about a hundred years or so.

This delightful tea set consists of the following:

6 x Tea Cups (2½” deep x 3¼” top rim diameter. Capacity is 5 fl oz)

6 x Saucers (5¾” diameter)

6 x Tea Plates (6¾” diameter)

1 x Milk Jug /Creamer (4” tall overall. Capacity 8 fl oz)

1 x Sugar Basin (2¾” deep x 5¼” top rim diameter)

1 x Cake / Sandwich Serving Plate (9½” diameter.

Fantastic antique condition.  Little or no signs of use.  No damage to any piece with the exception of one saucer which has a slight hairline as can be seen in the photographs.  Normally I would not consider selling any piece, however slightly imperfect, but this hairline is very stable and the saucer is completely useable with the hairline being hardly visible from the top face so it seems rather a shame to discard and thus spoil the set.
